The Sloop Inn - In The Heart Of St Ives
The Sloop Inn, on the glorious Harbour in St Ives, is one of the oldest Inns in Cornwall. Once the haunt of Pirates, Wreckers and Ladies of the Night, it is steeped in the history of times gone by. Look above the front door and see the grill where the barrels and plunder used to be stored. A lady from Victorian times still wafts into the Fisherman’s Bar, she may join you at the window!
Today, we welcome visitors from around the world, to sit in our cosy booths or in our cobbled Beer Garden, to watch the world go by, or in The Captain’s Table Restaurant for a relaxing evening, ‘ansome, as the locals would say!

The Sloop Inn has comfortable Bed and Breakfast rooms, some have lovely harbour views, plus we have some dog-friendly rooms too.
Breakfast is served either in The Captain’s Table or The Sloop Bar (depending on room), with our new Breakfast Menu on offer, between 8.30 – 9.30am.
Our rooms all have tea/coffee making facilities and hairdryers, our lovely Housekeepers check every day that guests have everything they need. Our Reception staff would be pleased to assist with any special requirements regarding reservations.
Check in is from 3pm, check out at 10.30am.
Limited private Car Parking is available on request at time of booking. (Extra cost applicable).

Breakfast
The Sloop Bar offers Breakfast 9.30am – 11am
Pub Food
Lunch service 12 noon – 3pm
Dinner is served 5pm – 9.30pm
Sunday Roast served 12 noon - 4pm from September.
Tables in The Sloop Bar are “first come, first served”, and well-behaved dogs are welcome. Children are allowed in the Bar until 9pm.

Enjoy our new, exciting Menu in the relaxed atmosphere of The Captain’s Table, perfect for intimate dining or a special occasion.
Booking is essential during High Season and advisable at other times.
