Also on the first floor is a cosy snug with sofa and picture window looking out over the cottage garden to Porthminster Beach.

On the ground floor there is an elevated area with a work station and beautiful views.

On the ground floor, the recently refurbished kitchen comes complete with traditional AGA, separate oven, Belfast sink and dishwasher.

Leading off the kitchen you will find the large dining room with feature log burner and seating for six, perfect for entertaining, and original sash windows with traditional wooden shutters, ideal for taking in the view.

Off the dining room you will find an old fashioned pantry with fridge/freezer.

There is also an outside shower and hanging space for wetsuits.

The utility with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink is located in the basement. There is also secure storage for surfboards and beach supplies.
