Margot’s Retreat is a contemporary, open-plan three bedroom holiday home nestled in an area of outstanding natural beauty, with pastoral vistas looking onto rolling Cornish hills and fields.


An ideal location for an out of town get-away, but close enough to sample the delights of the St Ives art scene, Blue Flag beaches and award winning restaurants.


Boasting fabulous views and parking for three cars, Margot’s Retreat also offers a tropical garden, a perfect oasis with table and chairs, recliners and a BBQ for you to sit back and relax after a busy day on the beach.


The Atlantic Ocean lies just beyond this picturesque setting and coastal walks are minutes away.


This beautiful holiday home is finished to a high standard with curated furnishings and luxury bespoke beds and mattresses.


The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area offers luxurious soft furnishings and comfortable seating for four and a Smart TV. Open the patio doors onto the tropical garden to experience all that the rural areas have to offer.


The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. There is also a washing machine/tumble dryer and a cloakroom on the ground floor.


Upstairs you will find three immaculate and tastefully decorated bedrooms with split level design.


The master and second bedrooms, with opulent furniture, host super kingsize bespoke beds and shower ensuites.


The third bedroom has two single beds with storage areas.

A family bathroom is located next to the third bedroom and has bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC.
