This quaint cosy fisherman’s cottage has been loved by one family for just over 100 years. Steeped in family history this cottage retains many of its original features but has been lovingly renovated to a high standard for a comfortable stay. Tucked away in Downalong it is only minutes walk to the Harbour, galleries, beaches and restaurants. Allowing pets and benefiting from a private parking space at Porthgwidden car park makes this an ideal location for a family holiday.

Step in through the front door into the lounge with Smart TV, DVD player, DAB Bluetooth radio and seating for four.

Taking the steps down to the ground floor you will find the kitchen diner. Formally used as the net loft for the family’s fishing business. This cottage style kitchen has a country feel with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave. A wine cooler and TV/DVD player are also provided. There is a separate utility room housing a washer dryer, wash basin and WC. A retractable stair gate is fitted on the stairs for the little ones.

The stairs from the lounge take you up to the first floor where you will find the double bedroom with Smart TV/DVD player and plenty of storage. You will also find a travel cot/playpen in the master bedroom wardrobe. There is a further attic bedroom with twin beds, a TV and DVD player.

The family bathroom is located on the first floor and comprises of a walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin.
