Apartment 4, Custom House is a two bedroom, first floor apartment within a Grade II listed building in central St Ives. 

The apartment is bright and airy and with three large windows to the front of the building, the apartment benefits from a lot of natural light. It is just metres away from the beaches and the Harbour and a short stroll away from the Town.

The apartment sleeps four people and benefits from wifi and a well equipped kitchen. 

There is central heating throughout the apartment which makes it very comfortable all year round.

The open plan lounge/kitchen has comfortable seating for four, TV/DVD player and a selection of DVD's, books and games. Hidden away in the lovely window seats is a selection of beach gear that can be used.

The master bedroom, at the rear, is complete with a double bed, wardrobe, matching chest of drawers and bedside tables, and individual reading lights. 

The second bedroom, to the front of the building, has full size bunk beds, and wardrobe with plenty of storage.
