Cornish Luxury Holidays is a small family business run by sisters Kelly Simpson and Claire Vercesi, who were both born in Cornwall.

We have a select selection of five star properties that are situated in and around Carbis Bay, St Ives, the beautiful popular coastal resort in Cornwall.

 

These are privately owned properties that we have built through our sister company Ableway Developments. We offer a service to our customers to manage and let their apartments as investments. We have a small team and personally maintain and manage the properties ourselves so they are offered at a very high standard for holiday rental all year round. We live very close to all of our properties and are on hand to meet and greet you and give maintenance back up for the apartments.

 

Our ethos is for good quality and beautifully decorated and designed apartments with all the little extras offered for rental at a reasonable rate to encourage repeat custom, so you the customer can make the apartment your holiday home each year. We try to make the apartments feel home from home.

 

We have lots of regular visitors that stay with us over and over, and have made some lovely friends along the way.
